SEE IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS BELOW:
 
Write in the "Notes" section where you want the DATE placed. For example, on the front, on the sleeve, or on the back, etc. (if you do not write this, we will choose the best spot for you). DATE Should read as follows: Month, Day, Year. Example; 11.20.17
 
If you are purchasing more than 1 item, please make sure to add however many DATES you'd like to add. For Example; if you are purchasing 1 Shirt, and 1 Hoodie, and you would like both of those items to Say a CUSTOM Date, please put "2" in Quantity. Please also add into the "Notes" section that you would like both items to say the date. Each Custom Date is +$7.99
 
If you are purchasing more than 1 item, but would like ONLY 1 of the items to have a Custom Date, make sure to write in the "Notes" section which item you want customized with the date.
